1. Signing the form of the Supply Agreement of CJSC Boaz. Changes to the attached contract are not accepted. 2. Price fixing for 90 calendar days. 3. Participants in the competitive selection must provide copies / originals of the documents necessary for the Assessment of tax integrity in accordance with the list specified in the appendix. The upload of the attached quotation form is signed and required in Excel. I ask you not to delete the lines when filling in the CP.
