Payment terms:Proposed terms of payment. The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% payment within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods at the Buyer's warehouse. Shipping costs must be included in the lot price.
Delivery terms:In the commercial proposal, indicate the terms of the actual execution. The Supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the Buyer's warehouse. Mandatory presence of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods upon arrival at the warehouse. The delivered item must be new, not refurbished. When the goods are shipped, a mandatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies of: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

Comments:
The participants of the competition must provide: a commercial proposal; manufacturer's or dealer's certificate; a certificate of conformity for these products, a list of constituent documents. Applications from suppliers with the entire range of the lot are accepted for consideration. The offer must be valid for at least 3 months. The participation of the supplier in the tender means agreement with the terms of delivery, the standard form of the contract and the specification. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
