Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade - procurement system "B2B Cordiant" on site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with established procedure, have the rights of System Participant. 2) All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the value of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier. 3) This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for receipt of applications without imposing liability. 4) If the supplier is involved in the bidding, he agrees in case of declaring him the winner to conclude a contract for the supply in the standard form of AO "Cordiant" without protocol of disagreements and make delivery under the conditions specified in the announcement of purchase. 5) Attach commercial proposal, stating: delivery time, payment terms, warranty period and manufacturer. 6) On all issues refer to Sergushov Denis Vladimirovich (3812) 39-22-63, e-mail: sergushov@cordiant-omsk.ru
