Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferral of payment for at least 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: until 30.06.2024 It is possible to consider another delivery time. Transportation costs for the delivery of goods to the consignee's warehouse in Omsk are borne by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The Bidder must be a user registered in the B2B–Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a Bidder of the System.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
3) The tender organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the tender procedure at any time, without giving reasons, without incurring any responsibility to the Bidders. The tender is not a competitive bidding process conducted in accordance with Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
4) If the supplier takes part in the competitive bidding process, it means that if it is declared the winner, it agrees to conclude a supply contract according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and make the delivery on the terms specified in the Call for Bidding announcement.
5) BE SURE TO ATTACH A COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL (hereinafter REFERRED TO as "Commercial Proposal") DURING THE MAIN STAGE AND REBIDDINGS with delivery dates and payment terms, and a Certificate (representative, partner...), bids for participation without attached commercial offers are not considered.
The commercial offer of the supplier must contain the information in accordance with the request, the seal of the organization and the signature of the authorized person.
6) Prices must correspond to the currency announced at the competitive bidding process, in other cases commercial offers are not considered.
7) "Comparative table of Bidders' bids" when placing an bid must be completed in full, in accordance with the required columns, without reference to the Commercial Proposal (for example, "see Commercial Proposal")
- The delivery time must be indicated in the comparison table and the Commercial Proposal in calendar days.
- In the basis of delivery it should be indicated: "The consignee's warehouse in Omsk".
