Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:3. Deferral of payment is desirable 30-60 calendar days from the moment of signing KS-2, KS-3 and Invoice (the contractor has the right to specify its deferral).
4. In case of necessity of advance payment, the prepayment issued must be provided with a bank guarantee of the prepayment refund. The guarantee should be issued by the bank-guarantor from the list of top-20 on net assets of Russian banks (appendix № 6).
