Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery time (in calendar days)
Provide a technical and commercial proposal with a technical description that fully complies with the Requirements Specification
Confirm that the product is new, not used, not restored (Simatic 1200 series controller)
Specify the manufacturer's name and model
The warranty period is at least 12 months
The validity period of the Commercial Proposal in calendar days, not less than 60
Confirm fixing the cost in rubles
Confirm the possibility of signing the contract in the EDI (electronic document management), specify the provider

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

Participation is free of charge
E-Signature is not required

The Call for Bid Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of bid submission.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
