Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Option 1: payment of 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost of the consignment of the Goods is carried out by the Buyer within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of delivery of the consignment of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse, based on the invoice for payment and signed shipping documents.
Option 2: an advance payment of the cost of the consignment of the Goods in the amount of 30% (Thirty percent) is paid by the Buyer within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of signing the contract by the Parties and receiving an invoice for payment, the remaining payment in the amount of 70% (Seventy percent) of the cost the consignment of the Goods is paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days from the date of delivery of the consignment of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse, based on the invoice for payment and signed shipping documents.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
