Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer provided that the Supplier has submitted a duly executed invoice to the Buyer. The buyer pays 100%, the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the delivery of the Goods (performance of work, service) and the signing by parties of the Acceptance-Transfer Act (Act of Services, Works) or other document confirming delivery (performance of services, works).
The contract is signed for 12 months. with the possibility of prolongation. The deadline for the application is specified in the technical task. Fill in the TK template
