Payment terms:Payment for the delivered products (goods) is made after receipt of the products (goods) in the Buyer's warehouse within 60 days from the date of receipt of the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse in Chelyabinsk. Shipping costs are included in the price of the product (goods). The quality of the supplied products (goods) is confirmed by the quality certificate (passport) of the manufacturer.

Comments:
This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all incoming offers without imposing liability.
