Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

50% advance payment. Full settlement within 45 calendar days after fulfillment of obligations on delivery of goods and receipt by the buyer of primary (shipping) documents

Set of documents required for the conclusion of the contract:
1. Charter (with amendments and additions if any);
2. Certificate of state registration until 01.07.2002. (if any); $
3. Certificate of registration for tax registration;
4. Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
5. Copy of the license (certificates, permits) for the licensed type of activity;
6. Document confirming the authority of the person who signed the contract;
7. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (not later than a month ago);
8. Card with details and phone numbers of the counterparty;
9. Certificate of the tax authority on the status of payments on taxes, fees and contributions;
10. Income tax declaration (cover sheet with a mark of the tax authority on admission);
11. VAT declaration (cover sheet with a mark of the tax authority on admission);
12. Bank card of the counterparty with samples of signatures (or a copy of the passport of the person who signed the contract — for individual entrepreneurs);
13. Balance sheet at the last reporting date;
14. Report on financial results as of the last reporting date;
15. Information on the average number;
16. Power of attorney (orders) for the right to sign invoices, consignment notes, acts of performed works with samples of signatures;
