Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

50% advance payment. Full settlement within 45 calendar days after fulfillment of obligations on delivery of goods and receipt by the buyer of primary (shipping) documents

Comments: Prices are inclusive of VAT and transportation costs.
1. The product must be new (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP).
2. The following persons are invited to participate:
- Producers of the requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (it is obligatory to provide confirmation certificates, certificates, official letters of the manufacturer on granting authority for the sale of the requested products);
3. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Fulfilment of all stated requirements;
- Offer price;
- Member status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Terms of delivery of products;
- Fixing the price for the entire period of delivery from the moment of participation in the procedure until the moment of delivery of the goods in the warehouse of the customer (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
4. Delivery of products in accordance with the stated requirements.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
