Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Cashless settlement, 100% post-payment after delivery of each batch of equipment. Payment is made in rubles of the Russian Federation at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of ordering the corresponding batch of equipment, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Delivery terms:The delivery time for warehouse equipment should not exceed 90 calendar days from the date of receipt of the corresponding order.

- A real need according to the documentation. Attachment 1.
- In the additional field of the proposal, it is MANDATORY to indicate the brand (manufacturer), model of the offered equipment;
- attach a file indicating the exact technical characteristics of the proposed model;
- If your organization is exempt from VAT, or the VAT rate differs from 20%, please indicate this in the comments to the prices (in this case, in the auction, your prices must in any case be indicated taking into account 20%, and in case of your victory at the conclusion of the price agreement will be fixed without VAT)!
- Participants' proposals must be valid for cooperation from the moment they are confirmed by the participants at the end of the auction, as well as at least 90 calendar days from the date of the electronic auction to make a decision and conclude an agreement.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
