The Supplier shall provide the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of shipment of the goods the original invoice, two original Barg-12 invoices and a copy of the receipt for shipment on the goods shipped. The invoices must be issued in accordance with Article 169, paragraphs 5 and 6, of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in accordance with Government Decree No. 914 dated December 2, 2000. If the item is priced in a foreign currency, the amounts on the invoice must be expressed in the same foreign currency.

This request for proposals does not constitute a bid or public tender under the understanding of Art. 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the time of signing the contract with the winner are considered pre-contract work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
