Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment shall be made on the next Payment Day after the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the original Act of Completed/Services rendered, subject to the timely provision of the originals of the documents specified in the Agreement signed by the Parties. Payment days under the Agreement are the 15th day and the penultimate working day of each calendar month.

Comments:
MegaFon Retail JSC hereby invites your company to participate in the market analysis in order to determine the Contractor for the support and development of the My Retail mobile application on platforms Android, iOS in the period from December 01, 2021 to July 31, 2022.
The main goals to be solved when analyzing the market:
a) determining the presence of a competitive environment;
b) determination of price guidelines.
d) support and refinement of MP My Retail in the period from December 01, 2021 to July 31, 2022.

As part of the market analysis, the Customer plans to estimate the cost of services for the refinement of the "Surveys" section. The cost of work is calculated on the basis of the rates of the Contractor's specialists given in Appendix No. 1.2 "Cost of Production".
The price specified in Appendix 1.2 is fixed by the Contractor for the period until July 31, 2022.
Compliance with mandatory requirements. The Participant must confirm his agreement to comply with the mandatory requirements of the Customer by filling out Appendix No. 1.3.

The Participant must, by 16:00pm, November 15, 2021, submit to the Customer the Appendices No. 1.1, No. 1.2, No.1.3, No.1.4 in Excel format filled in accordance with the form.
Appendix 1.2 should contain a dissection of the cost of refining the Surveys section, as well as reflect the complexity of the development stages of the Surveys section.

This request for proposals and documentation does not constitute a notice of a tender (public tender), a notice of a tender or a public offer, within the meaning of articles 435-437, 447-449 part 1 Civil Code of the Russian Federation, articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Accordingly, the publication of the request and the posting of any documentation does not oblige the Organizer to conclude any agreement with any Participant, and does not impose any civil law on the Organizer obligations. The Organizer has the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
