Auto-extension

Payment terms:The buyer pays the cost of the delivered products no later than the 2nd working day after 3 calendar months from the end date of the month in which the products were delivered and the supplier provided the buyer with duly executed and signed acceptance documents (waybill in the form of TORG- 12) for the delivered products, and the Supplier provided the Buyer with the corresponding original invoice for the value of the delivered products. Delivery should be included in the cost of production.
