Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Preferred deferred payment 21 days after delivery of products to the customer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Delivery by and at the expense of the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. Price including delivery to the buyer's warehouse. Delivery of weekly batches of 5-6 cars. Minimum lot 3500 pieces / week. Note the cost of fixing the term required.

Comments: Price is desirable to be fixed at 6 months. Before the conclusion of the contract the supplier must complete and submit the documents as an attachment.
