Quality Requirements for the pallets used.
The Pallet flat wooden size 800 х 1200 mm should correspond to TU GOST 9557-87 or europallets on standards EPAL-EUR.
• Wooden pallets should be made of sawn softwood.
• There should be no traces of rotting, bark and contamination of wood.
• No structural element is broken across the entire width of the board.
• There are no loose, hanging or splintered boards.
• There are no missing parts.
• ALL components are firmly nailed and there are no loose joints.
• There are no obvious distortions of pallets, and blocks are located exactly under boards.
• The Pallets do not have a sharp odor and there is no portable contamination. The Quality of wood is good, it is not deformed. The Wood should be dry, (humidity no more than 28% and average value of 22%) And not green. There should be no traces of rotting, bark or contamination. Knots on wood are allowed if their diameter is less than 10 mm.
• None of the components is broken and not split.
• Pallets should be dry, clean, without dust and traces of dirt.
