Comments:
The contract may be renewed at the mutual pleasure of the Parties without changing the price.

The Tolerance column is a possible deviation of the monthly requirement to the greater or lower side.

Please note that a prerequisite for participation in the procurement of OMPC JSC and subsequent conclusion of the contract is a positive result of the inspection of the package of counterparty documents by the services AO "OMPK". Proposals from vendors who submitted bids on the electronic marketplace without the required documents will not be considered.

The offer must specify:
- Payment terms (at least 10 days postpayment);
- Offer expiration;
- Offered price validity (not less than 30 days)
- Readiness to work under the OMPC model contract;

• Last reporting period income tax return with receipt
• VAT return for the last reporting period with admission receipt
• Average number of employees (Form 1110018 for the previous reporting year) with receipt
• Certificate on the status of payments for taxes, fees, and penances received under the TCS (no later than 1 month before the date of conclusion of the contract; allowable amount of debt not exceeding RUB 100,000)
• Information on the SZV-M form provided to FIU for the last reporting period with confirmation of acceptance, or the SZV-M Reporting Review Protocol indicating the number of insured persons the most recent reporting period
• Balance Sheet and Income Statement for the last two reporting periods (years) and tax returns as part of the cover sheet and section 1 with receipt receipt (for income tax, single agricultural tax, USN and VAT) for the last two tax periods at the time the information is provided. If an entity applies a simplified tax system, financial statements may not be provided.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Ограничение ответственности:Настоящий запрос на коммерческое предложение направлен в соответствии с регламентом Организаторов торговой процедуры в рамках осуществления запроса коммерческих предложений, который не является офертой, аукционом или конкурсом и его проведение не регулируется ст. 447-449 ГК РФ, а также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется ст. 1057-1065 ГК РФ. Таким образом, указанная процедура не накладывает на Организатора соответствующего объёма гражданско-правовых обязательств и оставляет за ним право отказаться от всех полученных Предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любое время вплоть до подведения итогов тендера без объяснения причин, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками. На Покупателей и Организатора не распространяется действие Федерального закона от 18 июля 2011 года № 223-ФЗ «О закупках товаров, работ, услуг отдельными видами юридических лиц».
