You have the right to provide other information and documents confirming your positive business reputation, experience and stable financial position.
Each Supplier, subject to compliance with the stated requirements, has the opportunity to participate during the entire period of the request.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the commercial offer provided by you as part of this Supplier Request must be made in the form of an offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 436. of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) with a deadline for acceptance within 7 days from the date of its receipt. This offer cannot be withdrawn by you within the specified period established for its acceptance. There is no fee for providing an irrevocable offer.
This Invitation is not a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This Request is not a competitive bidding process (including in the form of a tender, auction or other form) or a public tender regulated by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose on Salavatsteklo JSC obligations stipulated by the above articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as obligations to conclude a contract with the person who sent the most advantageous offer.
The request can be canceled at any time before the results are summed up.
In the event of a change in the terms of the Request or its cancellation, the costs incurred by any person in connection with participation in the Request, including those related to participation in negotiations, will not be reimbursed.
Information about the final results of your participation in this Request will be sent to you by e-mail.
The choice of the most profitable offer for JSC "Salavatsteklo" is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- it is preferable to pay within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods ;
- it is preferable to conclude an Agreement in the standard form of JSC "Salavatsteklo" (the form of the agreement can be provided to the Bidder of the selection upon request);
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- the commercial offer is received after the deadline;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of this Bid Notice;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
