Comments:
1) The Participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and possessing the rights of the System Participant.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) The organizer of the tender has the right to refuse to conduct the tender procedure at any time, without explaining the reasons, without incurring any responsibility to the participants. Holding a tender is not an auction held in accordance with Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
4) If the supplier participates in the auction, then he agrees, in the event of his being declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach: a commercial offer during the main stage and rebidding with an indication of the delivery time in calendar days, delivery basis and payment terms; certificate of the official representative of the manufacturer of the goods. Applications for participation without attached commercial proposals are not considered.
The supplier's commercial proposal must contain the information in accordance with the request, the seal of the organization and the signature of the authorized person.
6) Prices must correspond to the currency announced at the auction, otherwise commercial offers are not considered.
7) When placing an application, the comparative table of applications of participants must be filled out in full, in accordance with the required columns, without reference to commercial. sentence (for example, "see KP ")
The delivery time must be indicated in the comparative table and in the commercial proposal in calendar days.
The delivery basis must indicate: "Consignee's warehouse in Omsk"

9) Manufacturing is required according to the customer's drawings. Drawings are attached to the notice. Making crossbars (fig. PG388.00.00.001) is possible from a 45x2.5 pipe GOST 8732-78 or from a 40x3 pipe GOST 3262-75, the outer diameter of the pipe is 48 mm. Pallets are painted red-brown with YAMAL quick-drying primer TU 2313-027-56421682-2015.
10) In the commercial offer, the cost of delivery to the consignee's warehouse in Omsk must be specified separately.
