Обоснование: По результатам оценки и сопоставления заявок, поданных Участниками закупки, признать настоящий открытый запрос предложений несостоявшимся на основании пп. 3.2.4.2 Документации
Признать несоответствующей требованиям пп.п. 8 раздела 5 «Информационная карта» окументации и отклонить заявку Участника ООО НИИ «Земля и город» на основании пп. 4.18.14.6 Документации:
- Наличие в Заявке Участника предложения о цене договора (товаров, услуг, работ являющихся предметом закупки), превышающего начальную (максимальную) цену договора, установленную в настоящей Документации – общая сумма предложения без НДС, указанная Участником в Письме о подаче оферты (форма 6.1) и Коммерческом предложении (форма 6.3) превышает начально (максимальную) цену договора (цену лота) без НДС, указанную в п. 8 раздела 5 «Информационная карта».
