Comments: The procedure is two-stage:
stage 1 - preliminary qualification selection,
Stage 2 – request for commercial proposals.
Bidders at stage 1 are required to:
1. On the website of Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC, download a qualification questionnaire with applications (see the instructions below)
2. Upload to the B2B Center on the B2B-center E-Marketplace:
2.1. Bid for participation in the tender (attachment form) indicating the received ID of the qualification questionnaire in pdf format with the seal of the organization and the signature of the head,
2.2. presentation of the company (availability of successful cases on working with reputation (in social. social networks, instant messengers, feedback; experience working with large developers; examples of successful work with reviews on Yandex; project teams (at least 3 people) and the interchangeability of its members; social media specialists and writing staff; availability of successful cases on working with reputation (goal, planed KPIs, result))
The presence of proposals in the presentation according to the terms of reference is welcome.
To obtain the ID number of the qualification questionnaire, you must download it through the Glavstroy-SPb website, following the instructions:
1. "Download the questionnaire and its appendices" on the page www.glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders
2. Prepare a questionnaire in excel format. Please note: Indicate work experience and mark the types of work for which it is necessary to invite to participate in tenders;
3. prepare attachments to the questionnaire in pdf format for ALL fields (including optional ones – upload a document explaining that it is not necessary to provide);
4. By clicking the "Send completed questionnaire with applications" button, open the user form for filling in (entering the prepared files in ALL fields).
5. Enter the email address in the user form to receive the ID number of the questionnaire.
Please note that the documents must be drawn up strictly according to the established forms, filled in in full. The data uploaded by you is the basis for making a decision on the admission of the organization to the tender.
Evaluation criteria
- availability of successful cases on working with reputation (in social networks networks, instant messengers, callbacks;
- having experience working with large developers;
- examples of successful work with reviews on Yandex;
- the presence of a project team (at least 3 people) and the interchangeability of its members;
- availability of social media specialists and writing staff;
- availability of successful cases on working with reputation (goal, planed KPIs, result).
Those Bidders who have passed the preliminary qualification selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure. This preliminary qualification selection is not a Bid Notice about the Competitive Bidding Process and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who took part in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This preliminary qualification selection is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any material liability to the Bidders.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and/or change the date of consideration of Bidders' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
