Comments:
this procedure the request for proposals is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

The customer also has the right to refuse to perform price query at any stage, without incurring any liability to the participants.

The winner will be recognized by the applicant's proposal offering the best price according to specifications.

Criteria for evaluating and selecting proposals:
The value proposition.

List of documents necessary for the provision of:
1. Bylaws (as amended and supplemented, when available);
2. Certificate of State registration;
3. Certificate of tax registration;
4. Certificate of registration in the unified State Register of legal entities (LEGAL ENTITIES);
5. Document confirming the authority of the person who signed the proposal;
6. Extract from the UNIFIED STATE REGISTER (the unified State registry of legal persons) prescription not earlier than 1 month before the conclusion of the contract;
7. Card with the details of the counterparty with the obligatory indication of contact telephone numbers;
