Payment terms:Payment under the contract for work on preparation of materials and publication of printed products is carried out in the following order:
- Prepayment in the amount of 40% of the total cost of each circulation of the magazine and Bulletin within 5 (Five) banking days from the date of the invoice issued by the Supplier after the signing of the contract by the parties
- The final payment in the amount of 60% of the total cost of each circulation of the magazine and the Bulletin is made within 5 (Five) banking days after receipt of the printed products and the signing of HAGGLING 12 (UDP)
- Payment for distribution of printed products is carried out after rendering of services on dispatch and signing by the parties of the Act of receiving-transfer of goods and material valuables to the mailing of each issue of magazine and Bulletin
Delivery terms:In accordance with the technical specification, which is an integral part of the tender documentation.
