The tender procedure must be completed and uploaded to the application form of the contractor; the list of types of works (if not previously provided); the documents indicated in the List of constituent documents ( if not previously provided); written confirmation of the presence of own certified and valid personnel for the performance of this type of work. (qualifications, available certificates, etc.) and reference list (not more than 3 years) .$
Requirements for bidders:
1. Carrying out works according to the technical documentation of the Customer;
2. Experience in performing these types of work according to technical documentation;
3. Warranty obligations for performed works;
4. Availability of all certificates, licenses and other documents confirming the existence of rights to perform works according to technical documentation;
5. Trained, certified and certified personnel with valid certificates;
6. Own material and technical base
7. Before submitting a commercial offer, the Contractor must examine the construction site of the Customer with the participation of technical specialists of the Customer;
8. Consent to the conclusion of a model contract of the Customer;
9. Before the start of works to provide the schedule of work within 2 days from the date of receipt of the nomination letter;

Commissioning is required for projects 1540-3/2-PTV2, OV69, PS13, EM106.
Estimated documentation must be executed in accordance with the terms of calculation №49120/619 dated 14.11.2018 and hourly rates approved in PJSC "AVTOVAZ" for 2019. To determine the discount price, the contractor must submit estimates for the NDP.
The decision on the selection of a supplier based on the results of the request for proposals is taken by the Tender Committee of LLC "ARNZO" and reported in accordance with the regulations of LLC "ARNZO". The Tender Committee of LLC "ARNZO" reserves the right not to recognize any of the participants as the winner.
