PJSC "VimpelCom" invites the organization to take part in the procedure of qualification and selection of the service provider for the execution of works: Preparation of premises for placement of mobile radiotelephone Communication Switching Center (CC ATP) of PJSC "VimpelCom" at: Khabarovsk, ul. Volchaevskaya, 8d.
The procedure of qualification and selection of the supplier will take place on the electronic trading platform B2B-Energo (https://www.b2b-energo.ru)
To participate in the procedure of the Organization it is necessary to submit an application:
1. To fill in the questionnaire and to provide its scan-copy, in PDF format, signed by the authorized representative
2. To prepare separate files in PDF format the following documents:
a. Extract from the Egrul dated date not more than 3 months ago;
b. A power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the Organization;
c. Certificates of registration with the tax authority;
d. Certificate of entry into the Egrul;
e. Letter – Certification of non-affiliation;
f. Free Form Help: The company is not insolvent or bankrupt, is not in the process of liquidation, the property of the company is not seized, economic activity of the company is not suspended, there is no debt on mandatory payments to the budget
3. Fill in the file "information" and provide in XLS format.
4. completed file in XLS format and signed in PDF "Declaration of conformity" and all scanned copies of documents specified therein
5. The completed file "balance 2016-2017" data in the financial reporting (data of the balance sheet and the report on the fiscal results of the F2) in the format of XLS and the form of the balance sheet and the report on the financial results for 2016 and 2017 in PDF format
6. Completed files (two pieces) "KP" for each type of payment, i.e. in the case of 30% prepayment and in the case of postpaid within 45 calendar days in PDF format and XLS and the protocol of the contract price offer one in PDF format.
For information! After submission of the initial KP, it will be obligatory to declare the stage of the regrind-reduction of the initial price.
7. In the same way, we pass for acquaintance other documents: Contract, technical specifications, procurement documentation, etc.
