Payment terms:Payment for the work by the Customer is made after the completion of the work in full according to the relevant Request of the Customer on the 65th (sixty-fifth) calendar day from the date of signing by the parties of the invoice.
Delivery terms:Due to the fact that the subject of the contract will provide for the development of land reclamation projects after oil spills and other pollutants at the facilities of RITEK LLC related to: the Volgogradneftegaz CCI (areas of upcoming work - Volgograd, Astrakhan oblasts and the Republic of Kalmykia), TatRITEKneft CCI (areas of upcoming work - the Republic of Udmurtia, the Republic of Tatarstan) and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry "RITEK-Samara-Nafta" (areas of upcoming work - Samara and Ulyanovsk regions) from the response to the request should clearly determine the price for the provision of services, for each territorial production unit (CCI)

Comments:
As part of the upcoming work, it is expected to conclude a framework agreement for a certain amount. During the term of the contract, if there is a need for work, the Contractor sends an application to the Contractor to perform work on the preparation of reclamation projects.
