PJSC VimpelCom reserves the right to determine the winners on the basis of:
1) Results of compliance with Qualification requirements
2) The results of the assessment of the corporate security unit for the presence/absence of interaction risks.
The entire volume is pre-divided into 6 Lots:
Lot 1 – Altai Territory, Altai Republic
Lot 2 – Kemerovo region,
Lot 3 – Novosibirsk region,
Lot 4 - Omsk region
Lot 5 - Tomsk region
Lot 6 - Krasnoyarsk Territory, Republic of Tyva, Republic of Khakassia
Each supplier can apply for any number of Lots. We do not divide each Lot.
Participants need to:
1) fill out the Questionnaire (Appendix No. 1) and the Application for compliance with the qualification requirements (Appendix No. 2) and submit it in electronic (XLS) and signed form (PDF), supplemented with supporting documents specified in the Application.
2) Fill out Appendix No. 4 with primary prices.
3) Fill in information about the company's resources (Appendix No. 5)

Venue of bidding:
