Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. The Buyer shall pay 100% (one hundred) of the value of the shipment to the Supplier within 15 (fifteen) working days upon shipment after delivery shipping documents.

Delivery terms:1. Pricing is based on the terms of pick-up from the supplier's warehouse. The cost of the product does not cover transportation costs. The price of the products is to make a crate (is a prerequisite).

In-house logistics calculations from the Supplier's warehouse specified in the KP to the Buyer's warehouse, participants can withdraw in a separate line in an alternative KP, or in a KP form attached to the current one lot (not a prerequisite).

2. Specify the product ready for shipment and shipping address.

3. Specify product manufacturer. Specify product relation. If dealer or distributor, attach proof of status.

4. Attach a Declaration of Compliance/Certificate for the Proposed Products. When delivered, the package must have a passport and an RE.

5. Specify the dimensions of each unit of product and the total of the requisition (mass, volume).

6. The product must be new, not used. The products must comply with the technical specification;

7. At the time of shipment, a packing list must be attached to each shipment according to the form specified by the Buyer. You must send a photo of each cargo before shipping.

8. The warranty period at the TMC should be effective at least from the date of receipt of the goods at Magadan port. The best option is from the date of receipt of the TMC by the customer or from the time the TMC is commissioned (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Specify.

p 9. Winner selection criteria:

1. Lowest transaction value, taking into account the pick-up price (specified in the KP) and the transport component from the Supplier's warehouse to the Buyer's warehouse (Port of St. Magadan).
2. Customer approvals of the proposed products/Compliance with TK specifications.
3. Product ready for shipment.
4. Participant's attitude to products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provide the full package of documents specified in the terms and conditions for the procedure.

Please note that this request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
