- Preliminary payment in the amount of 500 000 RUB from the cost of equipment according to your CP, the remaining part upon delivery of equipment to the IOOO "Omsk Carbon Mogilev";
- 100% irrevocable unconfirmed uncovered letter of credit for the supply of all equipment volume;
- Bank guarantee for the amount of prepayment (___% according to your CP).

Comments:
The choice of supplier is carried out at a minimum price, taking into account the cost of delivery to the warehouse IOOO "Omsk Carbon Mogilev" on the terms of cooperation on payment specified above, according to the standard form Buyer's contract.
Mandatory loading electronically to the lot and sending together with the product of quality certificates, passports of manufacturers for the offered products.
