Comments:
The price offer must include mandatory costs for the delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
- Participant must submit a signed contract in the Customer's version (annexed), documents confirming the Member's authority to supply the proposed product (certificates dealer, representative, manufacturer's warranty letters, etc.)
- Be sure to attach a commercial offer with the delivery time and payment terms.
- This procedure is not a contest or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to opt out of the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without liability.
