Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

The markings on the bearings must conform to GOST.
Delivery of analogues without prior consent is not allowed.
Delivery taking into account the norms of packaging without prior consent of the responsible manager is not allowed.

When shipping to JSC "PNTK", PJSC "CHTPZ" for the registration of the pass to provide (originals and scan. Copies to the e-mail address-Rustam.Akhmatgaleev@chelpipe.ru, anna.abakumova@chelpipe.ru, Svetlana.Guk@chelpipe.ru, Svetlana.Osipova@chelpipe.ru):
1. Commodity invoices, invoices, upd in the number of 3 copies;
2. Quality Passport, Certificate of conformity or of. A letter stating that the documents are in the package;
3. Specification signed on both sides;
4. International Transport Consignment note (SMR); A copy of the customs Declaration;
In case of absence of these documents the pass will not be issued to the plant.
