Payment terms:
Payment form within 60 days from the date of delivery to the warehouse of the buyer.
The price shall include VAT and the cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse.
Comments: For counterparties who have pre-registered in the System, but have not received an EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible to download proposals by the request organizer for the price on behalf of the counterparty. For this, three documents are required:
- Offer (commercial offer) certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document establishing the right to act on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- Letter of refusal of further claims on the occasion that the proposal is submitted at the auction not by the Participant (in free form on the company's letterhead signed by an authorized person). A mandatory condition for submitting the file with documents in the price request confirming the status of the participant is the manufacturer or the dealer. The term of the commercial offer is 2 months.
