Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Advance payment is not foreseen, proposals implying advanced payment will not be considered. Payment shall be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the Products by the Buyer. Proposals implying payment deferral of over 30 days shall be considered based on the maximum possible term (30 days).
Delivery terms:1. According to the application requirements for bearings 2. To supply bearings allowed manufactured strictly according to GOST 520-2011 3. Bearings, bearing the markings on the ISO or double marking according to GOST and ISO for delivery are not permitted. 4. At the time of delivery to provide passport for each shipment and packing list for each unit of output. 6. The number of delivered products may be adjusted by the buyer depending on production needs.
