Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

- Certificate of state registration of legal entity,
- Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities registered before July 1, 2002. ,
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity)
- be sure to attach the dealer's certificate
