BE SURE to upload a scanned copy of Technical and Commercial Proposal on the company's letterhead paper, specifying:

1. manufacturer and the country of origin,
2. manufacturer's batch number,
3. payment terms,
4. delivery time,
5. warranty period for the supplied products,
6. other material terms and characteristics.

According to the CTP for objective consideration of competitive applications to attach to the application of the
Filled questionnaires and a one-way diagram showing the types of installed equipment.
Schemes of their own needs are rosette network, heating, ventilation, lighting, fire alarm (indicating the types of installed equipment).
Technical parameters for power transformers with the manufacturer's plant.
Equipment location plans, descriptions and general drawings of the BCTP design.
The equipment supplied as part of the CTP and the BILL statement.
Requirements to install on the foundation.
Certificates, declarations of compliance.
Documentation transmitted when the equipment is delivered is provided by the equipment.
Technical (design) documentation developed by the Contract Supplier includes,
- Equipment and product manual;
- Passports for equipment and products;
- The sit-in on RUNN;
- The schemes are electric principled;
- Electrical connections schemes;
- Secondary connection schemes;
- Installation electrical circuits;
- Cable magazine with all inter-cabin and inter-block connections;
- The set sheet;
- The statement of operational documents;
- A set of passports and operating instructions for the main equipment built into the CTP, according to the operating documents;
- Certificates of compliance with GOST, SNIP, SanPin, TU for the proposed products and materials used.
- Factory testing protocols;
- Construction drawings;
- Drawings of foundations (pile field);
- Drawings of engineering systems;
- architectural and construction solutions
- Technical solutions for RU-6KV;
- technical solutions for RU-0.4kV;

- 2CtP Engineering Systems Solutions
Technical (design) documentation is transmitted in 3 (three) copies on paper and 1 (one) copy on electronic media.
The cost of developing and transferring technical (design) documentation is included in the final cost.
