Payment terms:In the event of an advance payment, the Supplier is obliged to provide an irrevocable bank guarantee for an amount not less than the amount of prepayment issued by banks included in the rating of the fifty largest banks Russia or international banks with a rating not lower than BB+/VAA2.
Delivery terms:Goods are delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse The shipping cost is included in the item price. The delivery date is the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery time: minimum, according to applications. The goods to be delivered must be new, not refurbished. Other delivery conditions are agreed by the parties additionally.

Comments:
1. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - uploading a commercial offer (offer) signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization (please submit an offer in the Offer form+Appendix No. 1 of the procurement documentation).
2. PAY ATTENTION! In the event that products from another manufacturer (not the original) or with a different catalog number are offered for delivery, the commercial offer must necessarily indicate the name of the manufacturer and changed catalog number. Also, a letter must be attached to the offer, signed by the head of the enterprise, in which the participant confirms the similarity of the offered products to the original.
3. The offer (offer) must be valid for at least 60 calendar days from the date of its submission.
4. One of the important criteria for evaluating the proposal is the deferral of payment. The preferred deferral period is 60 days or more from the date of delivery.
5. A mandatory requirement for all participants is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a standard delivery agreement (Appendix No. 2). If there are any contradictions, the participant, before the end of the procurement procedure, attaches to the ETP or sends a protocol of disagreements to the procedure organizer to the draft agreement. The supplier's status must be confirmed immediately after the request is completed and the relevant documents are provided electronically.

7. Please note that this request is not a tender notice or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse the proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.

9. Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out electronically on the B2B-Center group ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). The participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature. After carrying out the re-auction procedures, proposals for an additional change in the price offer are not accepted for consideration.
