Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and submission of an invoice
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The delivery date corresponding to the consignment of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire consignment to the Buyer at the Buyer's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of the Goods to the Far North to the Facility, the packaging of the cargo arriving in the container should ensure the safety of the cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96

Comments:
1) The commercial proposal must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the loading documentation.
2) In the commercial proposal it is necessary to indicate
- the cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging (Packaging should only be in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
- units of measurement in the commercial proposal must correspond to those requested;
- attitude to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.);
- delivery time to the buyer's warehouse;
- warranty conditions;
- approximate volume and weight (for the entire volume);
- delivery method;
- agreement with the contract.
3) The products must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the TCH;
4) The commercial proposal must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality
5) Before shipment, it is necessary to provide a photo card of the packaging of the goods, a photo of the marking of the goods (requirements for marking in the uploaded documentation)
6) Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with the contract of our form, quality, delivery time, cost, packaging, payment terms, work experience;
7) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
8) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil and legal obligations.
