The pier is located in Syzran on the right bank of the Saratov reservoir.
It is a welded metal structure.
The foundation of the pier consists of a bush of vertically hammered railway piles of square cross-section (0.4 x 0.4 m).
The bases of prismatic railway piles in the area of variable water level are reinforced with a concrete shell.

The request for proposals is not a type of bidding and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The notification is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals.

Требования к Исполнителю:1. Сплошное визуальное обследование с видеофиксацией, подводной части причального сооружения.
2. Выявление дефектов и повреждений ж/б свай в подводной части.
3. Водолазное обследование дна прилегающей акватории с выявлением и фиксацией посторонних предметов, представляющих опасность для швартующихся судов.
4. Обработка результатов визуального обследования с формированием технического отчёта.
5. Предоставление технического отчёта Заказчику.
- Предоставление коммерческого предложения со сроком действия 30 календарных дней.
