| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods under the Agreement will be made upon delivery of the Goods within 45 (forty-five) (15 for small and medium-sized businesses) calendar days after the following documents are provided to the Buyer:
˗ Instruction or operation manual for the Product with translation into Russian;
˗ Technical passport for the Goods (PTS), PTS must be issued by the registration authorities of the Russian Federation, be the original (not a duplicate);
˗ Warranty card, a filled out service book with a warranty card and a note on pre-sale preparation;
˗ A copy of the vehicle type approval certificate certified by the supplier - a certificate confirming the conformity of motor vehicles and special equipment with the requirements of the "Certification system for power-driven vehicles and trailers" for certification of vehicles in Russia;
˗ List of spare parts for the vehicle and picking list;
and signing the Vehicle Acceptance Certificate |
