In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of certainty to be convinced of the good faith of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier's independent fulfillment of delivery obligations, including but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease of: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
