Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.
:		0,5% of total amount
Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt of a payment invoice duly drawn up by the Buyer from the Supplier. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (work) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of work, provision of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance and Transfer Act (Act of the performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:The contract is concluded for 12 months. with the possibility of prolongation.

Comments:
This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
