Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (month) in which the delivery was made.
Delivery terms:Prices are excluding VAT.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of production on the basis of the DDP delivery basis - Kogalym, Base of BPO LUKOIL-AIK LLC 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway (Scheme attached) or to the terminal of the shopping center in Kogalym.
Products are delivered in separate batches, drawn up by the relevant accounting documents.

Comments:
Request for proposals is carried out in relation to deliveries in the second half of 2020.

Products must be new, packaged and protected from damage.

Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of the quotation, indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of documents (reference list; information letter about the company; dealership and other certificates);

To participate are:
1. Manufacturers of products;
2. Companies that are official dealers, distributors.

The evaluation criteria for the proposals will be:
- Bid price;
- Compliance of the products with the declared requirements;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Terms of delivery of products;
- Consent of the participant with the editorial office of the organizer
- Price fixing for the period of the supply contract.


This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to make a purchase at any time from the day of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
