Ranking of bids

This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

The Customer also has the right to refuse to carry out a price request at any of the stages without incurring any material responsibility to the Participants.
