The essence of this tender is as follows
We need to find a 3PL provider that will provide us with warehouse and transport services in the FRESH category (acceptance, storage, shipment - warehouse; transportation from warehouse to dark-store - transport)

OZONE and 3pl provider:
- Conclude an agreement
- Sign tariffs
- Organize integration
2.2.
Ozone places an order for a product to a provider who accepts it, processes it and sends it to DS.
OZON pays for the services rendered in accordance with the discounted rates.
One of the most important conditions is the availability of API integration capabilities for the TC.
The tender schedule is as follows.
We receive from companies completed questionnaires and proposals for tariffication of services
We carry out qualification selection
Next, we conclude an agreement, Additional agreement on tariffs.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Оговорка:Настоящий запрос предложений и документация не являются извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса), извещением о проведении торгов или публичной офертой, по смыслу статей 435-437, 447-449 части 1 ГК РФ, статей 1057-1061 части 2 ГК РФ. Оговорка 2.:Организатор вправе приложить к заявке форму договора. Направление Участником заявки на участие в запросах означает согласие Участника, в случае признания его победителем, подписать договор по прилагаемой форме.
В случае принятия Организатором решения о признании Участника победителем запроса и заключении с ним договора, Участник обязан заключить договор по форме, прилагаемой к заявке на участие в запросе. В случае отказа от заключения договора по прилагаемой форме, Организатор вправе отказать Участнику в заключении договора без применения к Организатору каких-либо санкций.
