Payment terms:within 30 calendar days after the signing of the act of completed works. We are ready to consider other options for postponement.
Delivery terms:The work is carried out on the Contractor's territory. All expenses related to the preparation of the locomotive for shipment (carrying out TO-5) with the transfer of the locomotive to / from the repair are carried out by and at the expense of the Contractor.

Comments:
1. The application must be accompanied by a completed commercial offer with a detailed calculation, a reference list for similar work performed with contacts; a package of constituent documents of the company;

2. Contractor's work experience of at least 3 years;
3. Certificates of conformity, quality passport, safety passport, dealer certificates (if available)- it is required to attach to the application;

4. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated.;
5. In the event of a change in the conditions of competitive selection or its cancellation, the costs incurred by any person in connection with the selection by the selection organizer will not be reimbursed. The information provided by you to participate in the competitive selection is not disclosed to persons who are not related to the competitive selection, as well as to other participants in the competitive selection.

6. Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the Customer.

7. This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the terms of the competition.
