SoftLine Trade JSC pays special attention to the fact that this procedure is not a tender in the sense of Art. 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and can not be considered as a public offer in the sense of paragraph 2 of Art. 437 Therefore, the conduct of this procedure does not impose on JSC SoftLine Trade the corresponding amount of obligations for the obligatory conclusion of the contract with the winner or participant.

SoftLine Trade JSC may refuse to carry out this procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the bidders, including reimbursement of any costs related to preparation and submission of an application for participation in this procedure.
