Comments:
1. More information is provided in the request.
2. Proposals will not be accepted without loaded documentation:
- commercial offer;
- organizational schedule of the project;
- detailed calculation of the cost of work;
- a completed offer card;
- scanned copies of the documentation in accordance with the attached list;
- reference list about the experience of similar work.
3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting activities, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms, work experience.
4. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
5. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
6. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the bidder.
