Payment for the services rendered by the Contractor is made by the Customer on the basis of the following documents: a certificate of acceptance of the services rendered, signed by the Customer, an invoice for payment, an invoice (if any) within: 15 (fifteen) business days (for SMEs) from the date of signing by both parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered or 45 (forty five) calendar days (for the rest of the Contractors).
