Comments:
1. This notice is not an announcement of the tender and has no relevant legal consequences. The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure of open request for proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.

2. The Winner of the request for proposals will be chosen by the participant, who offered together the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice. Availability of a certificate is required

3. The Agreement on the results of the request of the proposal, in case of determining the winner, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days after the signing of the Protocol on the determination of the winner of the price request.

4. After the end of the bidding process in the B2B-Mechel System, the participants provide an offer with the latest price in electronic form to e-mail: O.N.Pantyuhina@gmz.kuzbass.net within 1 (one) working day from the end of submission of offers. In the event of a breach of this requirement, all proposals of such party may be rejected by the Procurement Commission without substantive consideration.
For counterparties who have previously registered in the System, but have not received EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, there is a possibility to download offers by the organizer of the request for proposals on behalf of the counterparty. There are three documents required For this:
- Offer (commercial offer), certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Organization;
- A Document establishing the right to perform actions on behalf of a counterparty (e.g. power of attorney);
- Letter of rejection of further claims on the occasion of the fact that the tender is not submitted by the Participant himself (in free form on the letterhead of the company with the signature of the authorized person).
A prerequisite for providing a file with documents in a price request confirming the status of the participant: Manufacturer or dealer.

Обоснование: 1. Признать победителем по наименьшей приведенной стоимости по всем позициям ООО "Континенталь", общей стоимостью 786000,00 руб. (без НДС) на условия: 100% предоплата, доставка до склада покупателя, срок поставки в течение 30-40 календарных дней после предоплаты.
2. Отклонить предложение ЗАО "ТД "ИПО" по наименьшей цене по позиции № 2, 3 в связи с длительным сроком изготовления и не соответствия по твердости поковки.
3. Отклонить предложение ООО "МешМашУфалей" по наименьшей цене по позиции №№ 2, 3 в связи с отказом от поставки отдельных позиций.
